• How do we book the apartment?
  Please submit the reservation request form in the "Book now" section. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest (tipically 5 hours).
  
• In the reservation request form my credit card details are required.
  Is my credit card charged at the reservation ?
  No. The credit card details are required to secure the booking only, your credit card is NOT charged at the moment the reservation is made.
  
• Under which circumstances is my credit card charged?
  Your credit card is NOT charged unless cancellation or no show policy apply.
  
• When and how are we required to settle the bill?
  You are kindly requested to settle the bill in cash on arrival.
  
• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 1pm, Check-out before 10am.
  Different check-in/out times may be agreed upon subject to availability of the apartment. Please provide us in advance with your check-in/out schedule. A minor additional charge equal to 25 euro is due for check-in after 9pm.
  
• Is there a place where we can store luggage in case of early/late check-in /out?
  We would be pleased to help you in this respect as Feel Home in Rome has different apartments in the same area that can be used for this purpose.
  
• Are one-night stays admitted?
  Yes, a one-night stay is admitted but with a surcharge with respect to a three-day ordinary stay.
  
• Am I entitled to a discount in case of long stays?
  Yes, stays longer than one week entitle you to a given discount automatically calculated and shown by our booking engine.
  
• When does the cancellation policy apply and how can I cancel my booking?
  Please refer to our cancellation policy in the "Book now" section to verify the cancellation policy related to the apartment. Send us an e-mail at cancellation@feelhomeinrome.com if you want to cancel the booking.
  
• Which languages do you speak?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian.
  
• Is the area safe?
  Yes, the area is very safe.
  
• Is the apartment romantic & cosy?
  Yes, the apartment is very romantic & cosy.
  
• For whom the apartment is ideal for?
  For two couples, honey-mooners, families with up to four children, four adults.
  
• Can we smoke in the apartment?
  In order to respect future guests we kindly ask you to smoke in the terrace.
  
• Is final cleaning included in the price or is it charged separately?
  Final cleaning, charged at 50 euro, is included in the final price shown by our booking engine.
  
• Is there a possibility to have more frequent maid service?
  Yes, more frequent maid service can be provided on demand at the cost equal to 10 euro per hour.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  At airports or train stations.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FIU - Rome Fiumicino International Airport
  CIA - Rome Ciampino International Airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Sonnino or Lungotevere della Farnesina.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station or, if not served Termini Station.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Circo Massimo" or "Piramide" stops are 20-minute away. Remember however that the subway is not actually needed to visit the centro storico. It does not go to the historical center, unlike every other city in the world, the subway in Rome only skirts around the edges.
  
• We know parking can be difficult, where can we park our car?
  We have a private parking at disposal of our guests at the cost equal to 30 € per day.
