This beautiful and quiet rome apartment is located at the first floor of an ancient dating back to the XVIII century. It is located in Via Titta Scarpetta, a cobblestoned quiet narrow street in the Trastevere area, few steps away from the fascinating Tiberina island and river Tevere. Rome’s main attractions and fabulous restaurants, shopping and public transport are all within exceptionally easy walking distance.

This hip and elegant rome apartment consists of:

(i) a warm living room with two comfortable long sofas, excellent for lounging or napping on during the day, a fireplace, a table, some beautiful antique furnitures, a wall-to-wall mirror, a dining area with superb period wooden table and dining chairs. Three big windows overlook the beautiful cobblestoned streets of Trastevere. One of the sofa converts into a very comfortable double bed;

(ii) a fully equipped modern kitchen;

(iii) a spacious, fresh and luminous master bedroom with a king size bed, modern paintings and large wardrobe;

(iv) a second bedroom with twin beds and modern bureau; 

(v) two spotless bathrooms one with bath tub, the other with big shower.

The entire apartment floor is finished with elegant wooden parquet complimenting freshly painted white walls. Antique 19th century perfectly combine with hip and design furniture. The apartment receives plenty of natural light and is very quiet for sleeping at night. It is provided with A/C and internet connection. Noneless is very fresh during the summer due to its thick walls and current of air.
