FAQ

• How do we book the apartments?
  Please submit the reservation request form in the "Book now" section. Your booking will be confirmed within 48 hours at the latest (tipically 5 hours).
  
• In the reservation request form my credit card details are required.
  Is my credit card charged at the reservation ?
  No. The credit card details are required to secure the booking only, your credit card is NOT charged at the moment the reservation is made.
  
• Under which circumstances is my credit card charged?
  Your credit card is NOT charged unless cancellation or no show policy apply.
  
• When and how are we required to settle the bill?
  You are kindly requested to settle the bill in cash on arrival.
  
• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 1pm, Check-out before 10am.
  Different check-in/out times may be agreed upon subject to availability of the apartments. Please provide us in advance with your check-in/out schedule. A minor additional charge equal to 40 euro is due for check-in after 19.30pm.
  
• Is there a place where we can store luggage in case of early/late check-in /out?
  We would be pleased to help you in this respect as Feel Home in Rome has different apartments in the same area that can be used for this purpose.
  
• Are one-night stays admitted?
  Yes, a one-night stay is admitted with a minor additional surcharge with respect to a three-day ordinary stay.
  
• Am I entitled to a discount in case of long stays?
  Yes, stays longer than one week entitle you to a given discount automatically calculated and shown by our booking engine.
  
• When does the cancellation policy apply and how can I cancel my booking?
  Please refer to our cancellation policy in the "Book now" section to verify the cancellation policy related to the apartment. Send us an e-mail at cancellation@feelhomeinrome.com if you want to cancel the booking.
  
• Which languages do you speak?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian.
  
• Is the area safe?
  Yes, the area is safe.
  
• Are the apartments romantic & cosy?
  Yes, the apartments are romantic & cosy.
  
• For whom the apartments are ideal for?
  For groups, couples, families and friends.
  
• Can we smoke in the apartments?
  In order to respect future guests we kindly ask you to smoke in the terrace.
  
• Is final cleaning included in the price or is it charged separately?
  Final cleaning is charged separately at 70 euro for both apartments.
  
• Is there a possibility to have more frequent maid service?
  Yes, more frequent maid service can be provided on demand at the cost equal to 10 euro per hour.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  At airports or train stations.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FIU - Rome Fiumicino International Airport
  CIA - Rome Ciampino International Airport.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Sonnino or Lungotevere della Farnesina.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station or, if not served Termini Station.
  
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "Circo Massimo" or "Piramide" stops are 20-minute away.
