The apartment has three bedrooms (one is a child’s with bunk beds) and a study, along with two bathrooms, one with shower and separate bath and the other with shower and washer, dining room, living room, two balconies, one of which has many trees and plants and a lounge chair and small blow-up pool, the other with a dryer and herbs for cooking.

The apartment has French doors everywhere and very high ceilings and AC in the bedrooms, fans everywhere else. It is airy and bright and has windows on three sides so it always has a breeze. The views are beautiful, of the Aurelian Wall and the Piramide and St. Peter’s Gate.

The apartment has books everywhere (the owners are lawyers and collect books) and lots of plants everywhere, inside and out.

The furniture is a combination of antiques from all over the world (Italy, Argentina, Japan, the US), custom-made furniture, along with some wood bookshelves and some IKEA bookshelves and children’s furniture. There is a piano in the front hall that is rented, which the owner asks people to be careful with.

The owners have a cat and a maid that will come to care for it. Weekly maid service is included, extra maid service on request.
