This quaint and unconventional apartment is at the forth floor of a beautiful - well kept - Roman building. It is on two levels: at the first level there is a (i) living area with double sofa bed, two round tables with chairs and a piano, (ii) a fully equipped kitchen, (iii) a bathroom with bath tub and shower and beautiful mosaic tiles, and (iv) a terrace (about 15sqm) with table, deckchairs and a wonderful view on the magnificent Sant’Ignazio di Loyola’s church.

The sleeping area is on the mezzanine and consists of a double bedroom with double mattress and a small bedroom with single mattress. Both bedrooms are very narrow and do not have a veritable bed but the futon mattresses are directly on the floor.

The sleeping area that suggests the cabins of a sailing ship is reacheable by means of a steep woodden staircase (please look at the pictures) from the living room. That is why the apartment is suitable for spartan and agile people seeking for special places rather than comfy and spacious bedrooms.

This property is provided with internet connection.

The apartment has been recently restored with care and could be easily defined as an apartment for "amateurs".
